Who We Are
The Veterinary Industry Giving Tree (VIGT) was founded on a simple belief:
The people who care for animals deserve care, too.
For five years, we have raised and distributed over $50,000 in direct relief to nearly 200 veterinary families during the holiday season. In 2026, we expand our mission to provide structured, year-round financial assistance.
We serve the entire veterinary community — credentialed professionals, assistants, support staff, industry representatives, and team members across the profession.
Because hardship does not check job titles.

Crystal, CVT
Crystal is our west coast girl. Devoted to education and elevation of the veterinary profession. She not only runs major education institutions, she’s running her household as mom-extrodinare and can regularly be found bottle feeding babies! Her high level of professionalism and dedication make her an asset to the tree.
Lily, RVT
Lily spends her day healing pets and educating owners. Her passion is strengthening the human-animal bond and supporting her colleagues. Her evenings are spent being a super-mom to 3! She juggles priorities while never missing a beat, and looking great doing it! Her energy and passion for the profession are essential to the tree.
Beckie, MPA, RVT
Beckie comes from a diverse background in veterinary medicine and nonprofit administration. She is a Program Director, guiding the education of our future professionals. Travel, motorcycles, and her pets keep a smile on her face, and she helps guide the tree's growth.
